Personality: Timid and shy. Doesn't trust people and can easily be frightened. On the track she is determined to win, however.
History: This young filly was prematurely born. She had to be delivered in emergency because Ruffian, her mother, couldn't live any longer without being put out of misery. After Ruffian broke her leg in a match race against Foolish Pleasure, her owners quickly bred her and kept her alive for an extra 10 months, to keep the lines going and to have another champion. They hoped to keep her alive longer, but after she became depressed and stopped eating (10 months along) they delivered the foal prematurely and put Ruffian out of her misery. Stellina is unusually small and most think she won't make it. But Stellina has heart, desire to win, and her mother's reputation to live up to.

Here we have a 2 year old filly, Stellina. She is by Commandment and was the only foal out of Ruffian. She was prematurely born and won't get any bigger than she is now, and probably won't make a good racer...but it's up to whoever buys her. Let's start at one thousand, folks. Her mom was quite a legend.
The almost black filly was led into the ring. The groom unlatched the lead and swung the lead at her rump. Snorting as it struck her, the little filly pinned her ears and lashed out with her hind pillar. A sickening crack was heard as she made contact with the fence. Snorting softly, she tossed her dial and took off around the ring at a blistering pace. Who said she wouldn't make a good racer? Most had their doubts, but Stellina loved to race, and even though nobody cared, she was pretty good, too. After three times around the large auction oval, she slid to a stop. Ha. She hadn't even broken a sweat.

Axel moved on and he kept looking for another horse, and a black filly caught his eye. He saw her small size, but even the smallest horse has the biggest heart. He pondered for a moment and then he raised his number.

Aly's eyes watched as she took a paddle number and sat as she watched the blakc filly. She raised her paddle. "$5 thousand." She said knowing how good the filly's mother was. And how Aly loved Ruffian knowing about her history and what so happened. Aly hoped she would get the filly. Aly only had one other horse.

Elizabeth walked into the auction, and saw a beautiful filly. She reviewed what the announcer said, and decided this would be the perfect horse to buy. She raised her hand. "$6,000" She looked on, noting how tense the horse seemed.

Axel already owned a horse but he wanted another and in his eyes this filly was a champion. He knew the bidding wasn't going to high, so he thought for a moment. He knew the filly was worth it, he stumbled over his own words then raises his card and says, "10,000." A competitive smile played on his lips and he was willing to go as high as he could go.

Elizabeth knew she wanted this horse, and she also knew what she would have to do to get her. She raised her hand, "$11,000" she said, smiling to herself. This horse had spirit behind her timid, shy facade, and Elizabeth knew that, if she were to get her, she could help this horse shine to her true potential. Elizabeth wanted this horse so badly it hurt. She didn't have much, but what she did have, she would give for such a promising little filly. Elizabeth had also been fascinated by this filly's mother, Ruffian. Ruffian had captured Elizabeth's heart the first time she raced, and Elizabeth had been tracking her career and lineage for years. Now might just be her chance to be a part of that legacy.

He was easily annoyed and he sighed. He did what he usually did he pinched himself until a cut formed. He had his problems and he didn't care what anyone thought of him. He was determined for this filly, but if he got more annoyed he would have to leave before he really hurt himself. He shook his head and then raised his number, "Thirteen Thousand!" He waited to see if the girl would go higher. He glanced down at his arms where scars of old cuts where and he closed his eyes. He loved causing himself pain, but most people thought he was a crazy physco that needed to be locked up.

Aly jsut new she ahd to come back with some streak. Ruffian was her champion and always would be. She raised her paddle. " twenty thousand" she sure had money to spend. Since she hadn't boughten a horse yet. She waslooking forwards to it though.

Aly giggled. This girl wasn't going to much. " $75,000." Aly shouted hoping no others would come and bid on the filly. She was definantly worth every penny. People were staring at her in amazement.....That was a lot of money she just bid. Oh well. Atleast the filly was worth all of it. ALL OF IT!!!!!!!!!!
